Tucker Hill, Mckinney, Real Estate Market

Tucker Hill is a beautifully planned out community in McKinney, Texas. This incredible area features a number of luxury, two-story homes developed by Southern Land Homebuilding. As of December, 2020, there were over 345 completed single-family homes in the community. By the time the neighborhood is fully completed, there will be approximately 625 homes situated on about 300 acres of land.

As Tucker Hill continues to expand, it has caught the eye of many McKinney homeowners, growing into a well-established neighborhood. The cost of these highly coveted homes range in price from the mid $400,000s to the lower $600,000s, with some of the more upscale, custom homes hitting the $900,000 price range.

Frisco is known to be one of the fastest growing cities in the entire country. It serves as a bedroom community for those who work in Dallas-Fort Worth. Visitors to the area will be pleasantly surprised by the numerous shopping and dining opportunities found within the city.

The many retail properties in Frisco include Stonebriar Center, a 165-store mall, a large IKEA, and The Star, which is the headquarters to the Dallas Cowboys. With so many incredible amenities available, it's no wonder why Frisco has become such a popular destination in Texas!
