Tucker Hill, Mckinney, Real Estate Market

Tucker Hill is a beautifully planned out community in McKinney, Texas. This incredible area features a number of luxury, two-story homes developed by Southern Land Homebuilding. As of December, 2020, there were over 345 completed single-family homes in the community. By the time the neighborhood is fully completed, there will be approximately 625 homes situated on about 300 acres of land.

As Tucker Hill continues to expand, it has caught the eye of many McKinney homeowners, growing into a well-established neighborhood.
